Till the end of the Universe, God's timing can never be aligned with men's Calculation. In the Book Of Genesis starting from Chapter 12 when Abraham left his family. God promised him His mind and His will but He did not added the exact time. Why Because He determine the time according to the accuracy of your Obedience.
Humanly Speaking time can be a fixed moment for Something to happen according to Eccls 3:1-10.
Time can also be an opportune moment to do something. The only thing no one can ascertain is the time of Creation. God remain unfathomable and timeless.
History have revealed that everyone is curious about Divine Timing from the generation of Father Abraham till now. The mystery about time as affected the faith of many in which they have turned against God.
Brethren, God Himself is Time and knowing Him is one of the solutions of waiting period in life. However, this article will enable you to get an insight on divine timing.
1 - Your Time is determine by how much you trust God. Prov 3:1-6. Daniel 6: 1-10.. This is where many Christ Believers missed their time. Listen, You can miss your divine Timing if you don't rely on God. When you begin to see your predicament and mockery in the light of God's word Your time will come. Brethren, God always design our time of breakthrough in a challengeable manner. So, it takes your knowledge about God to stand and get the trophy. And Example is Hannah in 1st Samuel 1:9-11. For years Hannah wanted a child but God wanted a prophet. Until she got it right her sorrow increases every year.
2 - Your Divine timing is determine on how you can interpret the divine revelation of your life... Gen 5:11..their is a secret that is capsulated in Joseph's dream but he needed wisdom to interpret it right else his dreams will not be materialized. In Genesis 37:10 you will discover that Joseph father couldn't believe in his Dreams but Joseph wasn't bothered about their reaction. Psalm 105:26-24,Act 7:9-17 explained how Joseph became what God want him to become...He interpreted his divine mandate with godly character, attitude, manners, passion and ultimately his trust in God never disappointed him.
3- Your Time is determine by the evidence of your Secret preparation.... Christ Believers should know that in the Kingdom Advancement it is not your certificate or grammar that qualify you. It is your understanding about the deep things of God. Your experience of overcoming life challenges through God's word is one of the measurement for your divine Timing. 1st Sam 17:26...brethren, God doesn't make a king in the palace but in the wilderness. It amazing that we are living in a century where we define time by age. God don't need your age to settle you, he need your availability 2 Tim 2:15...
4 - Your Divine timing is determine on how you can nurture your potentials with Good character. Christians, we must be careful and mindful of the steps we take to get things done. Some people go far in life but they don't go well and they can't end well. A times desperation is not the answer for success, diligent is. 1 Tim 4:12-14...Their is a divine deposit in you that God has released His grace upon, for you to represent Him in high places in life. How you nurture it determine on whose side you are. Some people misunderstood divine potential in their life by trading it with mammon. They are not passionate to rise people for God's Kingdom but for immortality. Some became an ambassador and minister for ungodliness, what a shame. Divine timing is connected with your character. That's why Christ Believers must be mindful of their character. Esther 1:7-15....Vashit was a good Queen and very beautiful but pride destroyed her. Mathew 25:15. Get it clear, your talent is God's gift to you. What you do with it is your gift back to God. But some are very ungrateful and impatient the way they use their potential. 1 Cor 12:7-11, Romans 12:6-8, 1 pet 4:10-11, Ex 35:10.
Finally. Your Divine timing is determine by the magnitude of your obedience to the truth. John 8:32, Isaiah 1:19. Truth is always right in any context and is profitable. James 4:17. To adhere to the truth. It requires discipline, diligence and patience. The end will always produce joy unlimited. THE DANGER IN LACKING UNDERSTANDING OF DIVINE TIMING.
1- You live by man's Timing.
2- You invoke God's anger. Eg King Saul.
3- You'll miss Divine Timing.
4- You will forfeit opportunity.
5- You reject Divine Lordship
6- You will operate in Worldly wisdom.
